finishing trades: how the quality of execution values your property
The ‘value' of a good is not limited to its surface and its neighbourhood: the quality of the finishing trades (clothing, carpentry, air conditioning, insulation, lighting) influences perception, use and operating costs. European studies show that better energy performance is often associated with a price premium for sale, although its scope varies depending on the markets and periods. In the Moroccan context, the RTCM gradually structures expectations on the new, while the energy renovation and quality of finishes become strong arguments on the high-end residential (comfort, acoustic, maintenance, aesthetics). Where the proof is necessary (investors, expatriates), the documentation (technical sheets, testing, labelling) reassures and supports the price requested. Our approach: measurable material choices (conforming EN 14411, high-performance glazing, leachable paints), rigorous site steering and demanding receptions. Result: less repeated, less maintenance, more satisfaction — and, in many markets, more liquidity at resale.
