1. Purpose and scope
These terms explain how to use second-work.com and the principles for preparing renovation and finishing services provided by SECOND WORK in Marrakech. The website presents our services and projects and lets you send an enquiry.
The services, their price and their performance conditions are set out in a quote or contract accepted by the parties. These terms do not replace those documents or limit the rights granted to clients by applicable law.
2. SECOND WORK and contact details
SECOND WORK is a renovation and finishing company in Marrakech. Contact address: ROUTE NATIONALE 8, KM9 MHAMDIA, AL OUIDANE, MARRAKECH, Morocco.
Phone and WhatsApp: +212 661 963 094 (WhatsApp) · +212 666 593 072 (WhatsApp). Email: contact@second-work.com. The legal identity and contact details of the business performing the services must be specified in the quote or contract given to the client.
3. Information on the website
Descriptions, articles, images and project examples present our work and may help you prepare your project. Reading them does not replace an on-site assessment or a study of the technical constraints of your property.
Materials, quantities, equipment and the feasibility of work must be confirmed for each project. A project shown in photographs does not, by itself, promise an identical result for a different property.
4. Enquiries and submitted documents
Provide accurate details about your project, its location and your contact information so that we can prepare a suitable response. You may attach relevant plans, photos or documents using the formats and size limits shown on the form.
Only send files you are authorised to share and avoid sensitive information unrelated to your request. Documents received are used to assess and follow up your enquiry; submitting them does not make them public.
5. Quotes and agreement
Sending a form, file, email or chatbot message is neither an order nor automatic acceptance of a quote. Further assessment or a site visit may be needed before a service is proposed.
Before any commitment, the quote or contract must identify the work scope, any exclusions, applicable prices and taxes, offer validity, payment arrangements and expected timeframes. Agreement is formalised using the arrangements described in that document.
6. Prices, payments and changes
Amounts payable, payment dates and any advance payment are those stated in the accepted quote or contract. Simply browsing this website does not impose a standard deposit percentage or a single price for all projects.
Additional work or changes to materials, quantities or services require a written agreement setting out the effect on price and timeframes before they are carried out. The client’s statutory rights continue to apply.
7. Site organisation and timeframes
The schedule and site access arrangements are agreed for the project concerned. The client provides information needed to assess the property and any known access or authorisation constraints.
Technical difficulties, unavailable materials or requested changes may require an adjustment to the schedule. The parties review the impact and document agreed adjustments. This does not remove their legal or contractual obligations.
8. Handover, reservations and warranties
Project contract documents specify the arrangements for handover and for addressing reservations. Report difficulties or defects with information and photographs useful for their assessment.
Warranties applying to the services and equipment are specified in the quote, contract or handover documents, without reducing rights or warranties provided by law. These terms do not set a single warranty duration for every project.
9. Cancellation and client rights
Cancellation or termination conditions are communicated before the contract is concluded. Where a withdrawal right applies, its arrangements must be explained to the client and respected in accordance with applicable law.
Browsing the website or using the form does not waive a statutory right. Requests about cancellation, refunds or disagreements can be sent to our contacts for assessment under the contract and applicable rules.
10. Content, links and website use
Website texts, images, logos and documents are subject to their owners’ rights. You may browse the website and share its links. Reuse beyond what the law permits requires permission from the rights holder.
Do not use the website to transmit unlawful or malicious content or material infringing another person’s rights. Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp or other websites lead to services governed by their own terms.
11. Personal data and AI assistant
Information submitted through the form or assistant is used to process enquiries and help you find relevant information. See our privacy policy for information about data handling and exercising access, correction and objection rights.
The assistant uses artificial intelligence and technical providers, including OpenAI to generate replies. Replies may contain mistakes and are not a quote, technical approval or a commitment on prices or timeframes. Avoid entering sensitive or confidential information.
12. Complaints, applicable rules and updates
For questions or complaints, contact SECOND WORK with the project details and relevant supporting information. We favour discussion to seek a solution, without depriving clients of remedies provided by law.
These terms operate within applicable Moroccan law, subject to mandatory rules protecting the client. Website changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted quote or contract. Version dated 8 October 2026.
