A clear first message helps us understand your needs. You can get started even if you do not yet have every answer.
Describe the property
State the property type, its location in Marrakech and the spaces involved. Include photographs or a plan without unnecessary personal documents.
Describe the work
List the problems to solve, features to retain and changes you want. Separate essential work from optional ideas.
Explain the constraints
Mention access, whether the property is occupied and your preferred schedule. An indicative budget helps the discussion; the quotation is based on the actual scope.
